Starting my career in trade promotion and development with the Singapore government, I transitioned to the private sector, where I gained invaluable experience in chartering with Wilmar International, business development with Mewah International, and general management with Kenoil Marine Services.

I cover the full industry spectrum from front- to middle- and back-office roles across various positions including but not limited to trading, analytics, risk, financing, operations, contracts management and shipping. 

My expertise in the commodities and shipping sectors is complemented by a strong intercultural understanding, having lived and studied abroad in Germany. My fluency in Mandarin Chinese and German further enhances the ability to navigate complex international business environments.

With a solid foundation in trade and a deep understanding of the maritime industry, I am well-equipped to contribute to the success of organizations operating in these sectors. My strong work ethic, combined with interpersonal skills and strategic thinking, helps me to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike based on trust, mutual respect and the desire to achieve win-win outcomes.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am an avid sportsman, having competed in tennis at both school and national levels. My passion for racket sports, including but not limited to tennis and paddle ball, reflect my active and dynamic lifestyle.
